BT wins BDUK deal for Oxfordshire

BT has won a £25 million contract from Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK) to supply superfast broadband to 90% of homes in Oxfordshire by 2015.

The Oxfordshire County Council will provide £10 million, BDUK £4 million with BT investing the remaining £11 million.

So far BT has won all the money made available from BDUK after Fujitsu pulled out of the bidding in March 2013 leaving BT as the last remaining bidder.
